Consumer credit expected to show second straight monthly increase

WASHINGTON - Consumers are expected to have increased their borrowing for a second consecutive month in April. Economists surveyed by Thomson Reuters expected consumer credit increased by $500 million in April. The Federal Reserve is scheduled to release the report at 3 p.m. EDT Monday.
